Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. In such cases, a replacement may be offered at our discretion. Supporting documentation such as photos may be required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As part of our policy, we do not accept returns for any items, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable or time-sensitive items

Orders Shipped to the European Union

Please note that due to the nature of our products and store policy, Ovella does not accept returns or order cancellations, including for orders shipped to the European Union. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period as permitted for certain goods and retail policies.
