Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you through the contact information provided at checkout.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier or regional service disruptions.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). Tracking details will typically be active within 24 hours of shipment.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ovella is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping—such as tariffs, import duties, or taxes—are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Damages

Ovella is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Please ensure that you retain all packaging materials and the damaged items before initiating a claim.
